Ocean Scope (Incheon Bridge Observatory)

Ocean Scope is a public observatory created by art director Chang Gilhwang, architect Ahn Keehyun and space designer Lee Minsoo in a joint effort with Incheon Metropolitan City. The designers used shipping containers - an important symbol of a logistics hub - as a key design element to create an artistically significant architecture, winning the Red Dot Design Grand Award for Buildings and Structures in 2010.
