Admission Tickets

There are 2 types of admission tickets to Cimer : Aqua Spa tickets and jjimjil Spa tickets. Different fees apply depending on the type of tickets, age of ticket holder and season.

Aqua Spa Coupon
(Comprehensive Coupon) Aqua Spa tickets allow access to all facilities on 1F, 2F and 3F of Cimer including the Aqua Spa Zone and the Jjimjil Spa Zone.

Children over the age of 7 (first grader in primary school) are permitted access, while minors are permitted to enter if accompanied by a legal guardian or present the age certificate (a transcript of resident registration or health insurance card)

Guests aged between 7(first graders in primary school; born in 2017) to 18(high school age) are subject to child rates and those over 19 to adult rates.

Hours for the Aqua Spa Zone for minors may change due to special circumstances(adult-only pool parties and venue hire event).
The slide at CIMER can be used by guests with a height above 1.3m tall.
The Aqua Spa voucher is valid for 6-hour access. KRW 10,000 will be charged per hour for additional use.
(The service charge includes spa clothes rental)
The Jjimjil Spa voucher is valid for 4-hour access. KRW 10,000 will be charged per hour for additional use.

Entrance delays or restrictions may occur on weekends, public holidays, and during busy seasons.
(Entry is on a first-come, first-serve basis.)
Please check notices, as entry may be restricted if the venue is fully booked.
Last entry is at 7:30 pm and, depending on circumstances, is subject to change(e.g. government policies).

Information

Guests can use and purchase sunbeds and cabanas from the rental shop at the Aqua Spa Zone.
Different rates may apply to certain events such as pool parties.

Information

Cimer is only available to children over the age of 8 (first grader in primary school), with admission to individuals between the ages of 8 and 19 restricted to certain zones.
※ For children who are shorter than 140cm, it is mandatory to complete a consent form and wear an admission bracelet and life vest.
The elderly must be accompanied by a guardian.
Guests must be at least 1.3m tall to use the slides at CIMER.
Services used at the facilities apart from the admission ticket will be charged to the key provided upon entry. Payments can be processed at the checkout center when the key is returned.
There may be a delay or limitation of entry depending on the availability of lockers, especially during peak season, (long) weekends or on public holidays. (If there is a wait, guests will be allowed entry on a first-come, first-served basis as soon as there is availability.)
The outdoor pool may be closed due to adverse weather conditions.
Access to certain areas may be restricted due to internal events or activity programs.
For a pleasant and safe environment, the outdoor pool may undergo maintenance.
Hours may vary by season/facility.

Facility Use Procedures

Purchase of Admission Tickets

Purchase admission tickets at the Ticket Office or automatic ticket machines on 1F where you will be given tickets and individual key numbers.

※ Ticket Machines: For tickets purchased online, input ticket numbers and print out the tickets on the ticket machines.

Shoe Lockers

Keep your shoes in the shoe locker with the same number as your key number.
You must use the shoe locker within 10 minutes of purchasing your tickets.
(Shoe lockers will lock automatically after 10 minutes.)

Entry Gate

Take the shoe locker key and enter the locker room.

Locker Room

Store your clothes and belongings in the locker with the same number as your key/shoe locker and enter the spa after a quick shower.

Cimer Facilities

Please use Cimer facilities wearing the appropriate attire (swimsuits/jjimjil clothes)

1F AQUA SPA ZONE : Use of the pool allowed only in swimsuits

2F JJIMJIL SPA ZONE : Only jjimjil clothes and gym clothes allowed

※※ Purchase swimsuits at the Lobby Shop located on 1F.

Use of convenience facilities

Pay with your locker key first before using any convenience facilities.
(Borrow from the rental shop inside Aqua Spa Zone on 1F.)
※ Different rates may apply to indoor/outdoor sunbeds and cabanas according to seasons.

Shower & Locker Room

Use shower booths or sauna inside the locker room after using the spa.

Payment Station

Check total amount using your key used in restaurants and other facilities. Pay at the payment station on 1F before exiting.

Exit Gate

Place key in the shoe locker, pick up your shoes and exit through the gate.
(Leave the key in the shoe locker.)

Information

To prevent the risk of fire and ensure the convenience of guests, the items listed below are prohibited.
Prohibited items: Foods and beverages, swimming equipment(tube, snorkeling gear, etc.), items that may pose a hazard(glass bottles, burners, fruit knives, picnic mats, tents, tarps, etc.)
* Bringing water and special meals for patients is allowed.(The items must be stored in airtight plastic containers.)
