Admission Tickets
There are 2 types of admission tickets to Cimer : Aqua Spa tickets and jjimjil Spa tickets. Different fees apply depending on the type of tickets, age of ticket holder and season.

- Children over the age of 7 (first grader in primary school) are permitted access, while minors are permitted to enter if accompanied by a legal guardian or present the age certificate (a transcript of resident registration or health insurance card)

Junior refers to those between the ages of 7 (first grader in primary school) and 18 (high school student), whereas those over the age of 19 will be charged as adults.
Purchasing Admission Tickets
- Junior refers to those between the ages of 7 (first grader in primary school) and 18 (high school student), whereas those over the age of 19 will be charged as adults.
- In the Aqua Spa Zone, time restrictions for children and adolescents are subject to change under the circumstances (e.g. pool party for adults, events).
- Guests must be at least 1.3m tall to use the slides at CIMER.
- Guests can rent jjimjil clothes with their Aqua Spa tickets which are valid for 6 hours with a fee of KRW 10,000 for every additional hour.
- Guests can rent jjimjil clothes with their Jjimjil Spa tickets which are valid for 4 hours with a fee of KRW 10,000 for every additional hour.
- Due to the limited availability of lockers, entry may be delayed or denied on certain days e.g. peak season, weekends and holidays. (Entry based on first-come, first-served basis)
- Please check the notice since the facility use may be restricted during the facility rental period.
- Please note that no entry is allowed after 7:30 PM and this may be subject to change, depending on the government's pandemic control measures.

Information
- Guests can use and purchase sunbeds and cabanas from the rental shop at the Aqua Spa Zone.
- Different rates may apply to certain events such as pool parties.
Information
- Cimer is only available to children over the age of 8 (first grader in primary school), with admission to individuals between the ages of 8 and 19 restricted to certain zones.
※ For children who are shorter than 140cm, it is mandatory to complete a consent form and wear an admission bracelet and life vest. - The elderly must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Guests must be at least 1.3m tall to use the slides at CIMER.
- All fees except admission fees are charged to your locker key and are to be paid when exiting.
- There may be a delay or limitation of entry depending on the availability of lockers, especially during peak season, (long) weekends or on public holidays. (If there is a wait, guests will be allowed entry on a first-come, first-served basis as soon as there is availability.)
- The outdoor pool may be closed due to adverse weather conditions.
- Access to certain areas may be restricted due to internal events or activity programs.
- For a pleasant and safe environment, the outdoor pool may undergo maintenance.
- Hours may vary by season/facility.

Purchase of Admission Tickets
Purchase admission tickets at the Ticket Office or automatic ticket machines on 1F where you will be given tickets and individual key numbers.
※ Ticket Machines: For tickets purchased online, input ticket numbers and print out the tickets on the ticket machines. -

Shoe Lockers
Keep your shoes in the shoe locker with the same number as your key number.
You must use the shoe locker within 10 minutes of purchasing your tickets.
(Shoe lockers will lock automatically after 10 minutes.) -

Entry Gate
Take the shoe locker key and enter the locker room.

Locker Room
Store your clothes and belongings in the locker with the same number as your key/shoe locker and enter the spa after a quick shower.

Cimer Facilities
Please use Cimer facilities wearing the appropriate attire (swimsuits/jjimjil clothes)
1F AQUA SPA ZONE : Use of the pool allowed only in swimsuits
2F JJIMJIL SPA ZONE : Only jjimjil clothes and gym clothes allowed

Use of convenience facilities
Pay with your locker key first before using any convenience facilities.
(Borrow from the rental shop inside Aqua Spa Zone on 1F.)

Shower & Locker Room
Use shower booths or sauna inside the locker room after using the spa.

Payment Station
Check total amount using your key used in restaurants and other facilities. Pay at the payment station on 1F before exiting.

Exit Gate
Place key in the shoe locker, pick up your shoes and exit through the gate.
(Leave the key in the shoe locker.)
Information
- In order to maintain water quality, prevent fire and maintain a pleasant environment, food and prohibited items are not allowed inside the facilities.
- Permitted Items: Water or drinks in plastic bottles, special foods for patients, peeled/seedless fruits in plastic containers
- Prohibited Items: Glass bottles, mats, tents (canopies), burners, knives, alcoholic drinks, all kinds of food including bread and snacks
